Susan has over 25 years of local insurance experience and joined Downey & Company in 2022. Specializing in Property and Casualty, she has worked with clients of all sizes across many different industry sectors. Susan works closely with her clients to ensure all needs are met or exceeded. She enjoys working in a team environment and mentoring individuals new to the insurance industry. Susan holds the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor and Accredited Advisor in Insurance.
